Gee Baby! That is how Calvin Hunt always addressed me whenever I called him or when he saw me and always with a big bear hug. He took care of me and encouraged me during my time in the company and was a great support after my career ending injury. When I booked Ailey for SummerStage NYC in 2010, it was a pleasure and a blessing to be able to negotiate the deal with him and make it happen. This is a gigantic loss to our family and artistic community. Prayers to his wife and two beautiful children. To Bobby, all the dancers, and crew, hold each other up out there....were with you.
