Gee, we had another incident involving the police tonight (they were here earlier this week cuz license plates on Chas car were swapped w/ plates from a stolen car). Well, tonight Chas was in the garage using a hacksaw to cut a PVC pipe. He stopped sawing for a minute & used the tip of the hacksaw to itch his head. Someone drove by & thought he had a gun in his hand & called the police. Chas didnt know that & continued working in the garage. It was pitch dark outside. Few minutes later, about 10 police officers walked towards him slowly thinking he had a gun & didnt know why he was not responding to them (they didnt know that he is deaf). Oh my…how embarrassing!!! So he asked 3 of them to come inside cuz he needed my help with the communication. I was in middle of vacuuming the floor when I saw them walking in, I freaked out because I thought something had happened to the car AGAIN (a lady stopped by few hours earlier asking if his car was for sale???, so I had the car on mind trying to figure out why his car seems to be a target since it wasnt the 1st time someone asked if it was for sale, I mean its not as nice as my newer car, his car is beaten up from the hail, other people hitting it, being keyed by someone, stolen license plates, etc.). After learning what happened tonight, I dont think I have ever been this embarrassed in my life! What does the neighbors think of us??? Police officers at our house TWICE in ONE week!!! :-( Not to mention when the 3 police officers were in the house, they saw our dog with eyebrows drawn on his head!!! (see photo posted earlier) Gee, did I already say that I am SO EMBARRASSED???
