Gen 2:1-3 So the creation of the heavens and the earth and everything in them was completed. 2 On the seventh day God had finished his work of creation, so he rested from all his work. 3 And God blessed the seventh day and declared it holy, because it was the day when he rested from all his work of creation Isa 58:13-14 13 If you watch your step on the Sabbath and dont use my holy day for personal advantage, If you treat the Sabbath as a day of joy, Gods holy day as a celebration, If you honor it by refusing business as usual, making money, running here and there — 14 Then youll be free to enjoy God! Oh, Ill make you ride high and soar above it all. Ill make you feast on the inheritance of your ancestor Jacob. Yes! God says so! Chronic Fatigue can cause you losses that can take away all you have worked for. Take time to rest and recharge. God rested after six working days and commands us to do the same. Rest time is REPAIR time and not a sin. Rest time is for RENEWING, not a loss of productivity. It is RECEIVING time. But more than that, God promises to MAKE us FEAST on the inheritance of Jacob our ancestor!!!! I believe this is a better way of making money (see Is 58:13).
