General Electric: Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) Info Session from 4:30-5:30 pm in IAB 1512. This Information Session is open to both first and second year students GE is pleased to come to SIPA for an on-campus presentation with current and former members of GEs Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP), GEs premier leadership program created by GE CEO and Chairman, Jeff Immelt. ECLP is a 2-year rotational leadership program (three, eight-month rotations) aimed at accelerating the development of sales and marketing talent in all of GEs businesses. Expected to attend are representatives from GE Power & Water, GE Capital, and other GE businesses. Jessi-jou Tseng (SIPA ’14) will be here to give her perspective on the transition from SIPA to GE ECLP Key requirements for program: 1. Unrestricted legal work authorization in country of hire for full two years (no sponsorship). 2. ~5-8 years’ commercial work experience (sales, marketing, product management, etc.). 3. Geographic mobility during rotational program. 4. Technical background (work, experience, or both) preferred but not required (i.e., STEM or finance/economics backgrounds).
