General fitness training (cross training, circuit training, bodyweight training, just going into the gym and winging it, etc.) can develop a lean and fit appearance if a great diet is adhered to. In other words, if you eat well, stay active, and regularly work all of the major muscles, you will most likely look pretty good. With women, however, theres one muscle that tends to need extra work based on their goals, and thats the gluteus maximus. In my experience, some daily glute training (or at least 3X/week) goes a long way in helping women attain the physique they desire. Strengthen those glutes for better aesthetics, increased performance, and decreased likelihood of injury.
