Generosity Everything comes from You, and we have given You only what comes from your hand. 1 Chronicles 29:14 NIV God gave us the great gift of His Son and when gifts are given with joy, their value is enhanced. Every Christian is called to be a giver. The Holy Spirit teaches you not to withhold anything that will bless your neighbor. Your purpose in life is to be a blessing to others. When you give someone a gift, pray that God will bless the receiver. Money or possessions are not the most important gifts that you can give. You should develop your mind, character, and personality to Gods glory and use it in the service of others. The world desperately needs love and kindness. When you give of yourself, you give the most generous gift of all. Do not calculate whether you will profit from a gift you have given. God gives freely and you and I should do the same. The heart and hand that gives freely will always have plenty.
