George Adamson made a big mistake- he separated these cute cubs and the rest is history.. Elsa remained in Kenya and her sisters were shipped to Europe. When Elsa died her cubs were relocated to Serengeti. Is Elsa’s bloodline gone from Meru? Maybe not. Elsa’s sister Big One’s grandson got a son called Christian, relocated to Kora. George Adamson believed that Christian made it to the Meru National Park (only a few miles from Kora) with lionesses and cubs. George Adamson also fought extra hard to stay at Kora because to him Kora was Christians Pyramid.
