George Bush issued many Executive Orders but he did not use that - TopicsExpress

George Bush issued many Executive Orders but he did not use that power to create new law and thus bypass the legislative and Constitutional authority of Congress. He used it to enforce existing statues or to expound upon their interpretation and jurisdiction. There is a huge difference! (And yes, such actions are subject to judicial review) One man was astutely aware of the parameters of his executive authority, Barack Obama is maliciously and criminally abusing his power to supersede the will of the people and usurp the explicit authority of Congress in order to enact his radical agenda. The President is not only attempting to unilaterally decree binding regulations, hes simultaneously seeking to nullify existing state and federal immigration statutes. Wrong and wrong! You cannot issue Executive Orders to alter specific details of current legislation - like Obama did with Obamacare - and you cannot erect new law without the approval of Congress. Its not rocket science, its a Constitutional republic! (reposted) from Scott Davis
