George, Kudos to your team of Sutton RV. I just purchased a new Dutchmen Denali 265RL on 08/07/2014. We haven’t had a chance of using it yet, but we are looking forward to it soon. I wanted to mention the following to you in appreciation for the customer service I received during the transaction. Terry; Has to be the best salesperson I have ever came in contact with and the single biggest reason I returned to Sutton to buy this trailer. I know I don’t have to worry 24/7 that he will be there if I need him. Tom; Made picking up the trailer easy and offered advice with the new rig. I know I can also depend on him if I need him. Kraig; It is just a pleasure having this guy do a walk through. He is down to earth and 100% dedicated to making sure you understand everything before you leave. He also knows his stuff when It comes to showing you around the rig, leaving nothing out. The bar has been set as far as I am concerned for excellence in customer interaction with a difficult task. The only thing I can say right now which could use some improvement, is the manufactures warranty information. It’s like filling out entry information for Publishers Clearing house Sweepstakes. No fault of Sutton. Thetford’s website wouldn’t recognize the VIN # of the trailer for the Refrigerator warranty and also wanted the exact date, so I had to mail it in. The toilet of course has been installed by the manufacture, so you can’t get the serial number for it. I did manage to register the Ref., Microwave, stereo system, and TV. Terry did offer to take care of all of this for me, but I told I could handle it. I think next time I buy a new one, I’ll spend some time with Terry going over the information before I tackle it again. Again thanks for your team, Eddie M
