Georges beautiful and loving tribute to his friend John. My life became, for quite awhile after Johns murder, much much darker, sadder, felt hopeless, and so on. Obviously I eventually felt better about life, but it wasnt quite the same as before, really. John was always my man, with The Beatles, and with all other Rock n Roll musicians. How dear Yoko made it past this tragedy I will never know. Thank you, John, and your mates, for bringing SO much joy and happiness into my life! Its hard for me to explain in words why I loved him, and them, so much...it just was, and is. Yes, I know, this comes WAY late, and I usually post something about John on here on December 8th (and it was a special date before 12/8/80--my parents anniversary), but I forgot for whatever reason, sigh.
