In the TV show, a new group of budding entrepreneurs take a chance at making their dreams come true by convincing five self-made, multi-millionaire tycoons to part with their own hard-earned cash and give them the funding they need to jumpstart their business ideas. On Thursday August 14, we will have our very own Shark Tank, with experienced investors serving as the Sharks, and you can present your deal. Join in - it will be fun and informative! To present your deal, here is what you will you will need to bring with you on a jump drive, or email to the leaders in advance: Name, GaREIA Membership information, to include real estate investing experience Phone number Email address Property address (with photos) and project description including exit strategy How do you control the property? ARV (After Repaired Value) - to include comps Repairs needed Estimate cost of repairs; time required to complete repairs Clear title? HOA? Zoning update? Survey? Demographics of property location Highest and best use of property? What do you want the Sharks to do for you? What are you willing to offer the Sharks? Participants must register prior to the meeting on Thursday at 7pm.
