Perez La Recontra Oferta Newspaper LRON at San Jose, CA U.S. 16:00PM 08.08.2014 San Jose City named decades ago as The Silicon Valley in CA, U.S. The Cluster of High Tech and Electronics Corporations and R & D ( Research and Development CO.). Perhaps one of the reason is the immigration of many people from different regions of the United States. San Jose City infrastructure was done decades ago with vision of the future. San Jose City was growing up very quickly in 80s. 90s and 2000s. large numbers of Corporations were growing and moving in in this area. For certain even San Jose City was a small place for all these business of High tech and Electronics. They spread out all over the Bay area among Newark, Fremont, Milpitas (South) and Mountain View, Sunnyvale Los Altos, Menlo Park, Redwood City until San Francisco ( I used work around this area included S.F.). Just the County of Santa Clara homeless people was around 7,000 (2013-2014). The Struggle of the City of San Jose by our Major Chuck Reed and concerned Sam Liccardo (council member) the County of Santa Clara by Dave Cortese (Supervisor ). In the area of San Jose Downtown, there are 2 facilities The Salvation Army in the 4th Street. The Emmanuel House and Social Services. In the Other side by the New SAP (former HP Pavillion)behind Montgomery Ave. In Vision facility male and female by the 5th and 6th. Everyone remembers ( Warm place) the former EHC lifebuilders James Boccardo in now named MyHome as known also, Little Orchard . A complete place to live with a little clinic, case managers programs, Veteran Center and more than 220 bunks for Male and female people. In the other side of San Jose City, City Team International located by 101 Freeway and Oakland Rd. and Charles St. which serves Breakfast and dinners for everyone religiously. Never missed it They have overnight bunks and a recovery program. these are the most common place known in town if you are resident from this town of course. I can recognize people from another counties or different states. The fact once again is that people from different counties and states land in this very popular area. I have known people from New York, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Arkansas, Arizona, Oregon and another areas from Central and Back East. Making a little bit of history, from our domestic economic crisis of 2008 and still 2011 left millions of lost jobs around the country and also in Silicon Valley. many corporations moved out or went out of business and the Struggle began and our Major Chuck reed has a great task to balance our Citys budget and still working on it to create more jobs and looking for more investor to come in the City of San Jose. These last economic crisis left State of Homelessness and the lack of resources in that time made more harder the struggle to reinsert to these people in society. These people is working to solve the problem. They made a great job in the last 2 decades but specially in our domestic economic crisis. The last report for our economy growth was 4% unexpected. The creation of jobs will help to clear more the environment in the Silicon valley of San Jose.
