German TV station ARD has just released a TV-report on the brave activists from Bucharest that were following the dog catchers. While the video report is good, it is unfortunate that the accompanying article is incorrect as it states that Ionut was killed by street dogs. This is NOT correct! In March this year, a Romanian Court has confirmed that little Ionut was killed by OWNED DOGS on a private property at more than 1 kilometer away from the park where his grandmother had left him and his older brother unsupervised for more than one hour before realizing that the boys were missing.
