Get Home Safe in the New Year Many people are planning for their New Year’s Eve celebration. Included in that planning should be a way to get home safe. In addition to designating a sober driver or calling a taxi, there are some other public services being offered on New Year’s Eve. Orange County Transportation Authority is giving free bus rides starting tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014 until 2:30 a.m., Thursday, January 1, 2015. octa.net/bus-transit/free-bus-rides-new-year%E2%80%99s-eve/ AAA is also offering their Tipsy Tow service.
