Get Up and Walk at Least Five Minutes Each Hour. How have you been adding activity to your typically sedentary moments? We talked about the positive and powerful impact change can have on weight loss and maintenance by tweaking our current behaviors to include a tiny new habit. We continued to build on our new habits by brainstorming ways to avoid after-dinner (or any bewitching hour!) snacking, and reflect on and recognize the resources and tools we have that help us on our journey. While each one of us had different challenges, accomplishments and means of achieving our goals, we can learn from each other. You cant paint without a brush, hand a picture without a hammer and nail, or bake a cake without an oven. The right tools is essential for each task - thats especially true of successful weight loss! What has helped you and what continues to help you?
