TTT PROCEDURES: naira deal 79/4 1) Seller releases SPA, with partial “POP” & Buyer/Seller sign and deposit same in their respective banks. 2) Buyer returns signed SPA with complete vessel details CPA, Q88, Receipt of charter, NOR format, ATL, addressed to the seller inspector’s and supercargo’s details/IDs, including soft Copy of deductible Logistic Manager’s cheque, of Ten million naira (N10M) or Escrow of same amount, into Seller’s Logistic account for issuance of NOR. 3) Seller confirms funds / documents, and issue NOR to receiving vessel for Acknowledgement. 4) Buyer’s receiving vessel acknowledges NOR, both Captains open communication and agree on the Transshipment point. 5) Seller’s loaded vessel Captain, invites buyer’s Inspection team for Q & Q on his vessel. 6) With Both Vessels Allong-side and upon Positive boarding and cargo Confirmation /Endorsement, by the vessel captain and buyer’s super cargo, Q&Q analysis is performed and the report presented to both buyer/seller and their banks. 7) Buyer raises BG, seller vessel transships into buyer vessel and buyer makes payment 9) Within 48 - 72 hours of Q & Q report / transshipment, Buyer’s bank makes payment via KTT swift wire transfer for the full cargo to seller’s account, and simultaneously makes payment into all agent’s / facilitator’s accounts on the
