Get mad and get even..... Rant and rave..... or What.....? I have been pondering This week What is the appropriate response To people who are not happy with me….. For whatever… Not the issue…. What is where does my heart go? Defend Anger Not my fault Or Make nice Do anything to make it up Beat myself up…. The last few mornings David has been teaching me Particularly in Ps 35 and 37 That As I walk in the Lord, What is going on in others hearts Is not mine to own…. He reminds me I am called To focus on The Lord And not the “problem” “Do not fret because of evil men or be envious of those who do wrong” Ps 37:1 But “Delight yourself in the Lord” 4 “Trust in the Lord” 3 “Commit your way to the Lord” 5 “Be still before the Lord” 7 Vs 8 “Refrain from anger, turn from wrath; do not fret…. It leads only to evil” Wow. So simple Yet so all encompassing. Lord, This morning I commit my way To You I rest in You And trust in You And Look to You For my Joy and my Peace and my Righteousness I let your Holy Spirit Minister those attributes To my mind my will my emotions Rom 14:17 Let your sweetness And presence Infuse me and bless others. :) O Thank You.
