Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. (Ephesians 4:31, 32 NIV) Heavenly Father help us to over come all feeling of anger and wrath such feeling have truly tormented us . And I know they not your will for you children I never want to grieve your Holy Spirit. help us father to put away all bitterness wrath, anger and all malice .With you help Father , we will be kind to others tender hearted and forgiving toward others even as you have forgiven me Help me never to let the sun go down upon my anger I know that you have not appointed me to wrath, but to obtain salvation through The Lord Jesus Christ Thank you Father Realizing this I now lift up my hands to you without wrath or doubting Help me lord to be swift to hear you voice swift to read you word slow to speak and slow to wrath because I know that wrath never works your righteousness Lord I will trust you and do good I will delight myself in you and commit my ways unto you I will rest in you and wait patiently for you I will not fret over those little things Thank you father for being so merciful and gracious slow to anger and plenteous in mercy I want to be like you lord your word declares to me that he who is slow to anger is better than the mighty Help me to rule my spirit lord In Jesus name amen I choose to lay aside to spirit of anger which besets me so easily and I will run with patience the race that is set before me looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of my faith amen
