If you want to spend your career helping people through one of those six areas of focus, then you should apply for a Rotary Global Grant! A Global Grant funds scholarships a minimum of $30,000 for students who are juniors or above for graduate level study abroad, in conjunction with community service activities with sustainable, measurable outcomes that respond to real community needs. The Rotary Global Grant could be perfect for nursing, public health, economics, education, engineering, and political science majors to have a chance to take their knowledge and skills abroad to expand their world view. The Office of Fellowships and Scholar Programs will hold a workshop for those interested in learning more about the grant and its application process on February 3 at 3:30 p.m. in the Gressette Room, located on the third floor of Harper College.
