Get this...I had to do a book review for class. I bought the audible version. Well, the the teacher sent me this...Kelly, we use text[books] in this class to highlight the balance between Gods part in our sanctification process (positioning us in Christ) and our part (practicing spiritual disciplines). Now...does anyone else thing that is ridiculous? If you dont, why cant I listen to a book and get the same positioning in Christ as I would reading? This is from a renowned professor at Liberty University Online. I firmly disagree!!!! Why else would the industry use Christian audio books if not for helping people to position themselves in Christ? It is a media that can help in any part of our lives even spiritual formation.
