Natarajan Radhakrishnan Senior Vice President & India CEO - Capgemini Consulting Center Head - Capgemini Bangalore Natarajan Radhakrishnan, (Nat) is Senior Vice President and India CEO of Capgemini Consulting (CC). In this role, Nat is responsible for managing consulting PNL, leading and implementing an innovative consulting delivery model and building client centric solutions and consulting methodologies. Nat is represented in the Global Leadership Committee of Capgemini Consulting. He also serves as the Executive Sponsor for CC’s Learning & Development activities. Nat has nearly 25 years of experience in consulting and financial services. He pioneered the concept ‘global consulting execution’ model and also industrialized the model in his earlier organization. Nat is a thought leader in the areas of Digital business transformation, global sourcing, post-merger integration and application rationalization. Prior to joining Capgemini group, Nat was the VP & Offshore Leader for Cognizant Business Consulting (CBC). Also, Nat had stints at iNautix Technologies (BNY group) and the Deutsche Bank group. Prior to his consulting stint, Nat spent many years in the investment banking sector in areas like brokerage and offshore fund management. Nat obtained his MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a member of the National Advisory Committee of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI), a not-for-profit professional body formed by members associated with the London Stock Exchange. An avid sports fan, Nat avidly watches Formula 1, Golf and Cricket. A self-confessed networker, Nat makes for a great conversationalist with his deep love for books and journals on management and leadership!
