Lunch/Dinner – Turkey Breast/Chunks, Chicken Breasts/Chunks, Lean Mince Beef, Quorn, Fish Fillets (Salmon, Haddock, Cod), Brown Rice, Brown Pasta, Brown Noodles, Green Veg, Tomatoes, Beetroot, Green/Mixed Salad, Stir Fry Vegetables, Garlic, Mushrooms, Red/Green Peppers, Tinned Tomatoes (no added sugar), Light Soy Sauce, Cayenne Pepper, Curry Powder and Chilli Flakes. Snacks – Oat Cakes/Ryvita crisp breads, Cottage Cheese, Natural Low Fat Yogurt, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, and Tinned Tuna/Mackerel in Water, Soda/Sparkling Water, Lemons, Kiwi, Chicken and/or Turkey Slices and Humus. Optional Extras – Protein Powder (check sugar content), Fish Oil Supplements, Chia Seeds and Milk Thistle (if detoxing)
