#GetMotivatedToMoveMonday 1. Sumo squat with dumbbell raise (x10) ***Warning!!! Do not attempt in jeans!*** (More on that later). 2. Renegade rows (10 each side) > Modify by using push up position on your knees 3. Side plank leg lift (10 each side) >Modified version shown. :-) >To kick it up a notch, keep both legs straight. Repeat x2 ***Back to the hole in my favorite jeans...This is my second recording (due to my inability to use a laptop appropriately) and I didnt feel like changing my clothes. Annnnnd, I ripped my jeans sumo squating. :( Waaaahhh! 50 likes and Ill post the oh-so-embarrassing footage, lol. Im so sad.
