Getting Started with a Morning of Prep, Horses Fed, Loading Gear, We begin Practice (Timed Runs) at 3:00 pm and our Race begins at 6:00 pm at Spokane County Fairgrounds, Big Grandstand Arena, Admission to watch is free, if you wanna make a day of it the Drovers Rodeo is going all day, (A Junior) 18 and under event.
