Getting Stronger, I done ten dips tonight, plus my favourite weight chin up thing 20 times each way round. Thats 40 of thoes. :) Them dips are my favourite used to do 15 at the end of every training session at the Repton. After sparing, circuit training. I remember back in the day. I used to come home to the Yucatan, and the crowd used to be cheering for the football. I used to stick my hands in the air, and Paul used to smile. No school like the old school. :)
