Getting my vision back again in my left eye. It got blurry enough that I couldnt see well enough to read. The surgery in my right eye went well. Its still a bit painful, and its keeping me tired, but its not too bad. I need to post this. Tried to in the past, but was either too tired, hurting too much, or couldnt see well enough to post. Heres what happened. My right eye began to hurt, so I made an appointment with my retinal specialist. This was on a Thursday, and I got the appointment for the following Monday. Two business days later, but still four days off. Saturday, Im in a bit of pain, but its manageable. Selena and I are getting ready to pick up what we need, and I suggest we go to Wal-Mart to get most of what we need, and she agreed. Usually, shed rather go to Publix because of the quality of the food. We go in and shop a bit and are standing in line right across from the eye center. The lady before us is having trouble with her check, so I suggest to Selena to go see her friend that works at the eye center while I wait for the groceries to get done. After about ten minutes, they finally get the machine to accept the check and I go to see Selena and leave. Shes talking with her friend when my regular ophthalmologist walks by and sees my eye is looking very off. He brings me back, runs me through a few tests and says it was an emergency situation as the pressure in my eye was at 57. Eye pressure should be above 21. Now, I want to tell you that this is not a coincidence. This right here is why I believe in God. 1. Selena was staunchly against getting the stuff at Wal-Mart, but didnt put of a fuss this time about it. 2. If the person in front of us didnt have some odd machine failure, we would not have waited to say hello. 3. My doctor was already off the clock and is NEVER there at that time of day. 4. He had packed just the right stuff that I would need THAT MORNING. When I say that I believe God takes care of me, this is a perfect example of it. This is also why I dont get stressed out. God takes care of me, even when I dont know that I need it.
