Getting ready for the holidays. Most people love a Green Bean Casserole. The problem is most of it is not gluten-free. So, leave it to me to figure out a way to make one of my favs allowed during holiday traditions. I created Gluten-Free French Fried Onions, and Gluten-Free Cream of Mushrooms Soup. We sampled them each tonight individually with dinner and they are AMAZZIINGGG!!!! Made enough to put in the freezer to see how they hold up, and before Thanksgiving, I will make a trial run of the whole recipe, and post in plenty of time. However, these two dishes are amazing standing all by themselves.
