Getting ready to spend a little quality one to one time with a very special 8yr old girl, my daughter Kaileigh. We are both hopefully going to enter (all going well) the Dublin Sugarcraft Guild cake competition Mar 21st/22nd. It is a while since she iced a cake but she assures me she knows what to do, her age group theme is Fairytales right up her street as she is a massive book worm, hopefully that will give her some inspiration.
