Getting ready to start my annual cleanse. So excited for the menu I have planned (and actually quite proud that I planned meals, at all...definitely not my strength). Menu includes 2 shakes per day and 1 meal that is (Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Soy, Corn, Red Meat, Refined Sugar Free). Meals planned thus far: Chicken/vegetable Curry with Spinach Salad Turkey Sausage Fennel Ragu over Zucchini Noodles Salmon, Roasted Sweet Potato, Steamed Broccoli Homemade Chipotle Chicken Bowl Vegan Alfredo with Spaghetti Squash Happy 2015!
