VISAs are NOT required. 30-day Tourist visas will be issued upon arrival and may be extended within 7 days in advance with the approval of the Chief of Immigration for a fee of US$50.00 before the expiration date of the visa. If you arrive in other terminals other than terminal 1, you must make your way to Terminal 1 as the check-in and departure for United Airlines is in Terminal 1. There are shuttle buses but we would advise you to take a taxi. Whichever, your greatest wildcard is the Traffic when you want to consider the connection time allowance you have when booking your flight to Manila. It can be as long as 45mins for a 15mins drive from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1. Once you connect with UA192 ETD MNL 2215Hrs ETA ROR 0205Hrs (Next Day from the day you depart Manila). You will be picked up and transferred to the vessel. Day of Disembarkation UA193 ETD ROR 2115Hrs ETA MNL 2310Hrs (You leave the boat at 4pm and stop by the local shopping mall (only one in Koror) for some souvenir shopping. and arrive at airport by 6.30pm for your check-in. The flight arriving in Manila will be too late to catch even the last flight from Manila to Singapore and the earliest possible flight back to Singapore from Terminal 1 is about 5am (TigerAirways, but may not be a daily schedule). So you can either stay at the airport and wait (not advisable) or book a nearby hotel with free airport transfer. Another suggestion would be to consider going to Anilao for some (more) diving since are already in Manila with all your equipment and it is only 90min drive away from Manila.
