Getting to the pointy end of my public transport punishment. Lovely to be greeted by smiling and familiar vline officers today who helped me buy my fare to Wgl given Id left my myki card in Wgl. During our friendly chat and catch up they notice the train about to leave and rush me on saying forget the ticket just run, go! I made it! Feeling very pleased by my good fortune my bubble was soon burst when I found I had made it into the service of the train nazi conductor. Our discussion was not so friendly! I was given 2 choices; depart the train at mwl and enjoy the ambience of the station until the next train arrives! Or pay $30. No I realise u dont care about alternative advice I was given and enjoyed ur 5 minutes of power. Oh but no they dont have cc or eftpos cos despite your attractive exterior u are not a Bank! Oh really?! Thank you to the kind surrounding passengers who offered me $$$. Obviously I chose not to spend time at the mwl station. Oh and to mr. Notabank, it was lovely for u to keep me company At the door prior to my departure and wish me a lovely evening. I hope I made ur day just that little more titillating. Hope u enjoy ur job again tomorrow. 🚂
