Ghana is not a collection of tribes who have to live together but one nation assembled by divine providence and held together for the last 56 years by the common bond and belief in a brighter future for the young generation. Our shared aim as a country should be to end ethnic tensions and rivalry and to unite all our citizens. "A united Ghana has tremendous potential for growth and development". Our Goal should be a country where citizens will not only be proud of their diverse heritage and cultures but also unite around the common aspirations as Ghanaians. Devolution will not only facilitate the delivery of services and ensure equity but will also lead to the emergence of new centers of economic development. It is our call that all regional ministers and other leaders at the regional levels to focus critically on growing regional economies in order to create opportunities and wealth for the regions and the country at large.
