Gibraltar vs Poland/Belarus/Turkey (Interview, Squad list and more) Today the Gibraltar Futsal Squad travels Gatwick then on the 15th to Poland to play 4 Nations Futsal Cup. Host Poland have invited Gibraltar, Belarus and Turkey to participate a 4 Nations Cup between 15th and 21st November. The Gibraltar Futsal Squad will travel on the 14th a day earlier for preparations. Matches: 16th Nov: Poland vs Gibraltar 17th Nov: Gibraltar vs Belarus 19th Nov: Turkey vs Gibraltar Facing much tougher opponents than on January vs France and Montenegro. Gibraltar still looks to boost up matches to qualify for the FIFA World and UEFA Futsal ranking. Our Head Coach and Assistant Coach, have pulled out a team and have been training them well to prepare towards the 4 Nations Cup. We are using these tournaments to develop and get well prepared for the Europeans in 2016 Head Coach: We have a lot of new players in this squad that we picked out before the league started and we have trained well towards the coming tournament. We are facing tougher opponents than on January but i want to give the new players experience of what is futsal outside Gibraltar and what they are to face further on the future in the Euros. We are still currently scouting as our squad is short in players. We have 13 players and 2 goalkeepers and are looking to expand to a 20 man Squad. We have Carl Linares and Edward Victor who cannot attend to this tournament. We hope to get a result out of this tournament to make Gibraltar and Futsal fans proud. We wish the best and good luck to Allen Bula and his team in their tough match against Slovakia this coming week.
