#GibsonCounty #tristateroads Owensville officer dispatched to a Car vs either a deer or person. On the way to the accident, a car yielded to his lights and drove off into a ditch on SR168. Deputy arrived to that accident and the Deputy could smell Marijuana. Owensville officer arrived on accident scene and it was a Deer, not a person. Deputy is out speaking with the driver than drove into the ditch.
