Ginas blog: as I awake this morning on a deflated air mattress I remain thankful for the little things.... Russs little lopsided grin and to have those bright blue eyes of his open for a little longer each day! Hes aware enough to know he is restrained and he hates it!! With each little improvement I believe we are finally headed in the right direction... But I tread lightly on this rug underneath me just incase it gets pulled out from under me with this next surgery!!! God is so good and just seeing glimpses of my husband coming back to us brings me joy like no other!! Praise him in the morning, praise him till the sun goes down!!
