Put herbs into Apple Cider Vinegar and leave sitting in the sun for 7 - 14 days (bring inside in the evening). 2. Strain, squeezing out all the vinegar soaked into herbs into a pot. 3. Add Organic/Raw Manuka Honey. 4. Simmer at a very low heat until thickened or syrupy consistency is desired. 5. Put into a bottle for storage.
