GH Stand Up For Nana Qwaachi Nana Qwaachi Talks New Brand, Video & single “LINDA” Hip life artiste Nana Qwaachi formerly known as DKB spoke to the next rated team of nanayaw18 about his new image, brand name and debut single. The artiste was known by the populace of Ghana as DKB or the artiste with the deep voice just like Ja-rule *the American super star* and he churned out some good music under that brand. Even though the name DKB was fast catching up, the rapper discloses that he had to re-brand as Nana Qwaachi. for some good reasons. What accounted for the change of brand name, we asked? ‘I will not say i had a competitor over my name but am sure Ghana is aware of the comedian DKB and the things he has done with the DKB brand hence the first reason to reconsider the change of name, Qwaachi noted. He mentioned that, the second reason is also due to the brand extension and originality he wants to build with his music. ‘I want to be recognized everyone i go with a unique and easy identity hence what other indigenous name can i build that dream of taking the world by storm than my image and artiste name. Nana Qwaachi who is now under the management of DJ Kofi of Montefm and team Qwaachi entertainment is optimistic that in a few months time Africa beginning with Ghana will experience the energy he will be bringing to the game. For now i have a new single out which features Gasmilla and Dobble called: ‘Linda’. The latter is a love song taking about how boys fight over the same girl without even knowing as friends.
