Give Thanks. Nikki Cabezas nominated me for the 5 Days of Thanks. I didnt feel like doing 3 things for 5 days, so I just did it all at once. 1. I am thankful for my personal relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. There is nothing more reassuring than knowing, in all my flaws, I am still seen as perfect in His eyes. 2. I am thankful for my parents. Loving and supportive no matter what.With what Ive put them through and the gray hair theyve received because of me, I feel immensely blessed to know they would do whatever they could to help me. Even if that means NOT helping me. 3. My brothers. I am so proud and thankful for Jordan and Eric. Both of them have grown up to be extraordinary men. Like erosion, my brothers have helped shape me and mold me into who I am today. 4. LOVE. This word encompasses so much in so many ways, in four short letters. I am thankful for being made of, and filled with Love. 5. Shelter. In all things have faith that everything will work out. In the ups and downs of my life, I have always had somewhere I am protected, whether it be a roof over my head or safe inside my car, I have always known what it is to have shelter. 6. I am thankful for failed relationships. Whether in love or friendships that couldnt weather the storms, they have all taught me important life lessons. 7. I am thankful for consistent relationships. The forever friends. The people who i know will be in my life no matter what. This number of people fluctuates at times and thats okay. I look forward in the near future to adding to my circle as well as joining others. 8. Due to a new adventure, my time with my current employer is nearing its end. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity, patience, and understanding they have given me. I truly consider them my second family. 9. Football and sports. I am a competitive person. Although I no longer play sports, watching, following and being passionate about any given team allows one to focus on something bigger than themselves which I feel is important. 10. Dogs. Their loyalty is unrivaled. Nothing can brighten up a bad day like a dog. 11. I am thankful for all of Gods creatures. Everything was made for a purpose to create a perfect balance. 12. I am thankful for nature. Growing up in one of the most beautiful states in the country I have been blessed with breathtaking views my whole life. God is good. 13. Sweats. I feel most myself and in my element when I get to put on the hip hugging, baggy, warm comfy pants a the end of a long day. Who needs dresses and heels when you have your boyfriends sweatpants!? 14. I am thankful I have blessed with the outlook on life filled with positivity. I fail sometimes but I always try to stay happy and find a positive spin in all things. 15. Last but not least, I am thankful for Jonathan Jonjon Campillo. God has given us the chance to finish what we started. He never gave up on me, with time, distance, and other people entering our lives, even when I had given up. I had closed the book on us. God refused and He reminded me we were meant to be. These things cannot be denied. I am thankful for all the negative and hard times that have fallen upon upon us. Our love has endured. I am truly amazed at the work that God has done in your heart. I loved you back then, but you have truly become the best version of yourself and I believe I have as well. The time is now right for us to continue our lives, together. I cannot wait to start this next chapter of our love story. You are my other half, you are my soulmate. You are my King.
