My analysis: We must teach children life skills so that they can sustain themselves throughout life. Instead of giving handouts to people, generations ago, the government should have invested most of that money on education...........If you continue to give handouts, people will continue to take......if you teach them the skills they need to provide for themselves, they will contribute to their communities in a positive way. TEACH! TEACH! TEACH!
