You see them on billboards as you pass down a street, on television commercials in your living room-- one of them is in your line of vision for much of your lifetime. Supermodels are the highest paid unskilled workers on the planet, because they help the capitalists sell products. If the marketers can couple the beauty with celebrity, such as a renowned actress, so much the better-- it may attract even more eyeballs. And so it is that Scarlett Johansson got the SodaStream gig. Perhaps the millions she received for performances on the silver screen was not enough.
