And, after over three long years, we have finally reached the part of the story where insurance company meets projectmanager meets builder meets architect meets homeowner ... and all agree that this bucket of money will be there to use for the rebuild. In three weeks time my house will be demod to make space for the new house. Overwhelming and scary. My insurance company have been amazing, supportive, caring, slow, hard working and fair.
