Not only are the Templetons avid fundraisers for LLS who have raised thousands of dollars, but their 9 year old daughter, Lindsay is a survivor. Lindsay was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia, an aggressive type of cancer with a 50% survival rate, when she was just three years old. If Lindsay had been born forty years ago, she would have not celebrated her fourth birthday, but this year, Lindsay turned nine and celebrated 6 years cancer free. Lindsay loves the movie Frozen and would like to be a mom, an actress, and an oncologist when she grows up. We love celebrating stories like Lindsays!
