Gizmo Recording Company is tentatively beginning the process of thinking about trying to look into the possibility of finding a recording engineer to work alongside owner/producer/engineer Gantt Kushner (thats me). Tech-geek skills would be useful, people skills, musical skills and experience are VERY important. Having a network of friends and associates in the local music scene is highly desirable. Gender is not important, although, since Im a guy (yup) it could be very nice to have a female engineer/producer to maintain balance. The new Gizmo system currently runs Nuendo/Cubase, Protools 10 (PT 11 soon), can be Mac or Windows based, which means that any DAW can run on either platform.
