Glad have dark blue skirt and pant ready for tommorow. New year, new uniform - white and dark blue - but still not a new organization. The whole things about organization changing is really making everybody uncomfortable to work. Uncondusive situation and a little bit inefficient till the new organization has been built up. The thing I should thank is I have a work although still have to wait till ill get a new position or moving to another organization or get an assignment to another city. I dont know what to do because it can be a big step not only for me but also for my son. Unfortunately, i couldnt ask to anybody because everything is only gossiping not clear explanation. The only explanation theyll give the big issue we knew already not individually. The worst thing about being a government employee that you cant ask or nobody asks you about the position. Maybe because they think they know what the best for us. Then, you supposed to accept whatever they give to you. This thing should be changed because the World also change.......
