In order for GCI members around the world to participate at a convenient time, we have chosen 4 a.m., 12:00 p.m. (noon), and 8 p.m. Pacific Time (GMT/UTC minus 8 hours ) when GCI members in the Global Care Room can do the Care Focus together.* (The following website – timeanddate/worldclock/converter.html – is a time conversion site for determining the exact time the Care Focus will take place in your Local Time Zone. Select time: 8 p.m. (date optional). Convert from: Location: U.S.A. – California – San Francisco. Convert to: Location: Select your Country/City.) Let’s start by connecting in the heart with everyone participating in the Global Care Room and radiating love and appreciation to each other. Global care is more important now than ever. Many people feel that things are on the edge. Recently there have been unusual plane, train and bus crashes, continuous wildfires and weather related disasters, as well as ongoing economic and political issues affecting many people. While hopeful peace talks between Israelis and Palestinians are beginning again, a state of siege is spiraling toward civil war in Egypt. These global challenges, as well as our personal challenges, need the continuity of our hearts’ care and compassion. We can’t always know the highest action that should be taken in any given situation. Holding compassion in our heart for others and ourselves is sometimes the highest thing that any of us can do to help soften the edges of change. As we manage our own attitudes and inner state regarding whatever comes up, this increases our intuitive perspectives on the most effective ways we can assist others through challenges or in creative initiatives to facilitate the whole. For this full moon Care Focus, let’s increase our love and care for people and all life on our planet with the heartfelt intention of softening the stressors of global and personal change. Care Focus– Increasing Global Care Let’s start by breathing in universal love and appreciation to open our hearts more, which increases the effectiveness of our care. Now let’s connect deeply in the heart with each other and radiate global care and compassion into the planetary field environment. See the collective care softening the edges of stress and change for people and all life on our planet. Now radiate focused love and compassion to the people of Egypt and the chaos and pain they are experiencing. Desire from your heart a more peaceful resolution to the current conflict. Let’s close by sending care and compassion to other challenged areas around the planet as your heart directs you. After 15 minutes You can continue to do the Care Focus in the Global Care Room, if convenient, after the full moon period, as this will help raise the vibratory rate of the personal and collective field environment. Thank you for your participation in this Care Focus. GCI Steering Committee and Staff P. S. You can also participate in collective Heart-Focused Care in the Global Care Room App for Facebook. For those of you who are new participants in the synchronized Care Focus, you can see your green marker and the gold light points of others around the world in the Care Room at the same time.
