Global International Product Manager - VP - Based in Sao Paulo. Job description Global International Product Manager Job Description: To frame and lead the U.S. Commercial Bank International responsibilities around loan product origination, execution and any credit-related matters, for Brazil working closely in partnership with Brazil origination and local and in-country international credit teams. . Key Responsibilities include: Partner with US based bankers and credit underwriters to drive local loan products subsidiaries of U.S. based Commercial Bank clients from origination to transaction management. Manage the delivery of credit transactions and local documentation requirements (including corporate loan facilities, working capital lines, FX and derivative lines) Work with internal legal and outside counsel on term sheets, legal agreements and to manage and close credit transactions. Coordinate and/or prepare all required documents for review or approval of loan product offering in Brazil Provide expertise on local/regional regulatory and compliance requirements to U.S. Bankers, US Underwriters and U.S. clients. Manage the loan product portfolio for Commercial Bank Brazil and report on exceptions Support all International Banking audits and Compliance Field Tests, including analyzing any findings, helping International Banking Leadership in providing appropriate management Response, leading any required remediation efforts and working to improve controls Perform on-going control testing and quality assurance review Support Regulatory Exam/Audit preparation and engagement activities Qualifications Minimum 10 years working experience as a credit-trained relationship manager or credit officer in Brazil. Undergraduate degree, preferably in business administration, economics or accounting. Experienced banker with strong strategic and loan product execution skills Sound knowledge and experience with multinational banking relationships A working knowledge of JPM’s credit approval policies and process. Good knowledge of local/regional corporate banking products including cash management products, trade finance, Risk management and derivatives products, working capital finance, bilateral & syndicated loans. Analytical, detail oriented approach Strong documentation and negotiation skills in structuring secured and unsecured lending. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. An independent self starter, capable of working with minimal supervision Team player with the ability to work well across a broad and diverse range of internal and external clients. Good organizational and time management skills Flexibility to co-ordinate and manage a number of transactions and projects at any one time Language skills are mandatory in English, Portuguese and Spanish Overseas experience are preferred, but not essential About this company JPMorgan Chase & Co.
