GlobeMed Egypt Leading Health Benefits Management Company Seeking the appointment of the following Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities: The Office Manager acts as a resource to the executive management and will have functional responsibilities for overall office facilities and logistics; as well as safe keep and maintenance of corporate records. Also, she will be responsible for coordinating annual planning and reporting activities as well as periodical monitoring of progress against plans and reporting activities to executive management. The Office Manager will enjoy the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong decision making ability, sound quick judgment, and attention to detail are equally important. This officer will have a role in the management of human resources and administration processes. Qualifications: 1. Holder of a BA degree in management, business administration, Marketing, or any other business related domains. MBA is a major plus. 2. Computer literate (Word, Excel and Power Point). 3. Must possess excellent communications/planning/reporting/business analysis/management skills. 4. Fluent in English and Arabic, French is an asset. 5. Minimum five years of professional experience is a must. 6. Ambitious and determined to succeed. 7.
