Go To My Face Book Page and see why Plexus!! I started my Plexus journey in May and I am so glad I did. I am one of the most skeptical people that there is. I had gained 20 pounds and I needed to lose weight. Right away I began to notice changes. The first things that I noticed was the increase in energy. I was exhausted all the time from working 75-80 hours a week. Im an RN and worked in home health, driving most days 200 plus miles a day. I sleep better. The aches and pains that I was having are gone. I have lost 30 pounds and over 10 inches off of my Abdomen. I didnt have to change my diet and wasnt able to exercise due to the long hours and the weight still came off---which really surprised me!! My wife uses Plexus as well and has had amazing results.
