Go Vanessa Elise Hello All! It is an exciting time in the South Florida Theatre Community! So many wonderful productions going up in Miami- Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, its hard to keep up with them all. Now, a new thrilling theatrical venture is being added to the mix. On May 1-3, Broward College will be hosting the first annual Fort Lauderdale Fringe Festival! Im Vanessa Elise, a proud member of the South Florida Theatre community and the Artistic Director of the Fort Lauderdale Fringe Festival. I am reaching it to our community (theatre and dance), to encourage you to submit work to this wonderful festival. A Little more about the FLFF: It has been a long time coming. The closest Festival to us is the Orlando Fringe, but we needed our own in our thriving community. These festivals are designed to give a creative outlet to local playwrights, actor, directors, dancers, singer, etc. Its our time now, lets make it brilliant.
