God Will Provide For You “‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘And in this place I will give peace,’ says the Lord of hosts.” ~ Haggai 2:8-9 Today’s Scripture shows how, ultimately, the temple was built by God’s provision. And the message of God’s Word to you and me here is that God’s Kingdom in our generation will be built by His riches and His power, not by our own. You can imagine what the Jews were thinking as they laid their eyes on the total ruins of Jerusalem. They’d be saying, “We have nothing here to work with!” But they, and today you and me, must remember with Whom and for Whom we are working! Don’t let the lack of resources discourage you, whether God is asking you to build your marriage, home, business, or ministry. Instead, hold on to His promises, which tell us that: “… my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” ~ Philippians 4:14-19 Friend, God will provide for you. Do not give in to worry. Remain faithful, seek His Kingdom first, and He will come through with all you need! Prayer for the day: Thank God that He is the supplier of all your personal needs, and of everything needed to build His Kingdom in our generation ( in our community, city, Province and Nation). Pray that you will always lean upon His strength and wisdom to fulfill His will in your life.
